The conditions that apply to any order placed on the site.
In accordance with article 293b of the General Tax Code, Andarna Studio is a micro-enterprise exempt from VAT.

3. Products
Information on the jewellery offered for sale and their characteristics.
The jewellery offered for sale is described and presented as accurately as possible.
Photographs and visuals do not have contractual value. There may be slight variations (colors, reflections, details), especially due to lighting or screen settings.
A. Mystery jewellery
Some products are offered in the form « mystery jewels ».
By ordering a mystery jewel, you expressly agree not to know in advance the exact model that will be sent to you. The selection of the jewel is made randomly by Andarna Studio from a predefined selection.
Any visuals presented are indicative and do not constitute a contractual representation of the product received.
The random character of the mystery jewel cannot under any circumstances be considered as a lack of conformity.
B. Jewelry « imperfections »
One category « imperfect jewelry » is offered at a reduced price.
These jewels have a minor defect (e.g. slight scratch, excess metal, small aesthetic irregularity, other manufacturing imperfection).
These defects are indicated in the product description. There is not always a contractual photograph detailing each imperfection.
By buying an imperfect jewel, you acknowledge having been informed of the presence of this defect and accept it in consideration of the reduced price applied.
The defect mentioned in the description cannot be invoked as a lack of conformity.
4. Prices
How prices are displayed and applied.
Prices are shown in euro (€).
Andarna Studio is a micro-enterprise not subject to VAT (Article 293B of the CGI). No VAT is applied.
Delivery costs are indicated before the order is validated.
Andarna Studio reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the price applied is that displayed at the time of the order.
5. Command
Process of validation and confirmation of an order.
The command is validated when:
✦ you have selected your product(s);
✦ you have completed the requested information;
✦ you have accepted these Terms and Conditions;
✦ and that the payment was made.
A confirmation email will be sent after validation.
Andarna Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of:
✦ previous payment dispute ;
✦ suspicion of fraud;
✦ clearly incorrect information.
6. Payment and modalities
Information on means of payment and secure transactions.
Payment is made exclusively online via a secure payment platform.
The accepted means of payment are:
✦ Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, subject to availability)
✦ PayPal
✦ Apple Pay
✦ Google Pay
Payments are processed via secure payment providers using an encryption protocol (SSL) that ensures the confidentiality of bank data.
Andarna Studio at no time has access to the Customer's complete banking data.
The order is processed only after validation of the payment.
A. Validation of payment
The Order will not be considered as final only after validation of the payment by the banking body concerned.
In the event of refusal of payment, refusal of authorisation by the banking institution, or suspicion of fraud, Andarna Studio reserves the right to cancel the Order.
The flow is made at the time of validation of the Command.
B. Failure to pay
The Products remain the property of Andarna Studio until full payment of the price.
7. Delivery
Time limits, delivery zones and conditions for dispatching orders.
The products are shipped from our studio in Haute-Savoie - France.
Available in France and in some European Union countries.
Processing and shipping times are indicated on the Site. They may vary during periods of high activity.
Andarna Studio cannot be held responsible:
✦ delays attributable to the carrier;
✦ an address incorrectly indicated by the customer. The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
✦ a package lost or damaged after being taken over by the carrier.

D. Choosing the point
It's very simple:
At the time confirmation of your cart you can select the mode of delivery in relay point.
👉 A list of shops and lockers close to you will then be offered automatically according to your location — All you'll have to do is choose the one that's best for you.
To get your package, you need to bring:
✦ a valid ID
✦ and, according to the carrier, withdrawal code or QR code (sent by email or SMS).
There you go. More than just getting your jewelry.
8. Right of withdrawal
Conditions for exercising your right of return after reception.
Before exercising your right of withdrawal, we invite to read carefully the conditions below in order know the complete procedure and applicable rules on the return of products.
A. Legal time limits
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.
The Customer then has a period of fourteen (14) additional days to return the Product.
B. Methods of return
To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by email to contact@andarnastudio.com.
To facilitate the processing of the return, the Customer is invited to complete the return form to be sent by email and insert in the package.
Failing this, he must clearly indicate his name, order number and email address.
Return costs remain at the Customer's expense.
C. Status of rolled products
Products must be returned:
✦ not worn;
✦ Undamaged;
✦ in their original state;
✦ complete;
✦ in their original packaging
The Customer is responsible for any depreciation resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the Product.
The Customer is responsible for the proper protection of the Product upon return. The risk associated with the return transport (loss, theft, deterioration, breakage) is borne by the Customer until reception by Andarna Studio.
The Customer is free to choose the carrier for the return. Andarna Studio recommends using a carrier with tracking and insurance to protect the products. The Customer remains responsible for any damage or loss during the return transport.
In case of return of an incomplete, damaged, broken or insufficiently protected product (notably in the absence of original packaging), Andarna Studio reserves the right:
✦ refuse the refund, or
✦ either apply a deduction corresponding to the depreciation found.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, any gift, goodie or product offered within the framework of the Order must be returnedthe same as the product(s) concerned.
This includes, among other things, articles offered as part of:
✦ a promotional offer,
✦ a reduction code,
✦ a minimum purchase amount,
✦ or any commercial transaction.
The items offered must be returned in their original state.
In the absence of restitution of gifts, goodies or products offered, Andarna Studio reserves the right to deduct their value from the amount refunded.
D. Refund
The refund will be made within a maximum of fourteen (14) days after receipt and verification of the returned product.
Andarna Studio may defer the refund until the product is received or until the Customer provides proof of dispatch.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment as used during the Order.
In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or custom made products.
E. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to:
✦ Custom or custom made products
✦ Unsealed products which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene
9. Legal guarantee
Legal guarantees to protect the consumer.
Products benefit from:
✦ the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code);
✦ the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

10. Liability
Limits of liability related to the use of products.
Andarna Studio cannot be held responsible:
✦ a misuse of the product;
✦ a non-maintenance use;
✦ indirect damage related to the purchase.
It is recommended to remove jewellery before any activity that could damage it (water, sport, chemicals, etc.).
11. Intellectual property
Rules concerning the use and protection of the content of the site.
All the contents of the Site (texts, visuals, photographs, creations, jewelry names, logos, illustrations, patterns) are exclusive property of Andarna Studio. Any reproduction, dissemination, modification or use for commercial or promotional purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited and may incur the responsibility of the user.
The names of certain products can be inspired by fictional or existing characters. Their use is purely descriptive and creative, in a spirit of inspiration, fan-art or tribute, without intent to violate a copyright, trademark or license. These products are in no way official products or licensed by rightholders, and Andarna Studio claims no affiliation with these universes.
Andarna Studio disclaims any liability in the event of a contrary interpretation or a claim from third parties concerning the inspiration of creations. The user acknowledges that names and designs are used as creative and illustrative Only.
Notification by a rightholder
If a third party (who is entitled or holds intellectual property)) considers that one of the products or contents of the Site violates its rights, it may notify Andarna Studio in writing (email or mail) by providing the information necessary to identify the element concerned and justify its request.
Andarna Studio undertakes to:
✦ Review the notification promptly;
✦ Remove or modify the contested content or product as soon as possible if the application is well founded;
✦ Communicate with the third party in a transparent manner on the resolution of the dispute.

12. Protection of personal data
Information on data collection and use.
The personal data collected on the Site are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The information collected allows for the processing of orders, the management of the customer relationship and compliance with legal obligations.
The Customer may exercise his rights of access, rectification, opposition and deletion in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
13. Major Force
Exceptional situations which may prevent performance of obligations.
In no case shall Andarna Studio be held liable in case of temporary or definitive failure to fulfil its obligations because of a case of force majeure, as defined in article 1218 of the Civil Code and heard by the jurisprudence of the Court of Cassation.
After a period of one month of interruption due to force majeure, Andarna Studio may fail to meet the order and will refund the sums already paid.
In particular, it is considered a case of force majeure, without this list being exhaustive.
- the total or partial loss or destruction of its computer system or database, where it cannot reasonably be attributed to it and it is not shown that it has failed to take reasonable measures to prevent it,
- earthquakes,
- fires,
- floods,
- epidemics,
- acts of war or terrorism,
- strikes, declared or not,
- lock-outs,
- blockades,
- insurrections and riots,
- an interruption in the supply of energy (such as electricity),
- failure of the Internet network or data storage system,
- a failure of the telecommunications network,
- loss of connectivity to Internet or telecom networks on which Andarna Studio depends,
- an act or decision of a third party affecting the proper performance of the contract,
- any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Andarna Studio.
14. Divisibility
Maintenance of the validity of other clauses in the event of invalidity of a clause.
If a clause of these General Terms and Conditions is deemed null, void or inapplicable by a competent court, such nullity shall not affect the validity of the other clauses. The invalid clause will remain binding to the extent permitted by law.
15. Mediation
Use of a mediator in case of dispute.
In accordance with article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge to try to resolve any dispute between him and Andarna Studio.
In the event of a written complaint addressed by the Customer and not resolved by Andarna Studio, the Customer may file his request with the Justice Conciliators Consumer Mediation Centre (CM2C), mediator accredited and appointed by Andarna Studio.

Furthermore, in accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the Customer may use the European online dispute settlement platform to resolve any online disputes with Andarna Studio: Dispute resolution European Commission.
16. Applicable law
Applicable law and jurisdiction in disputes.
These GTC are in French, considered as the sole language of the Parties.
In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or from the use of the Site, French legislation applies. Any dispute will be brought before the competent French courts, even in the event of multiple defendants or of an appeal for security.
17. Update
Information on changes and updates to these entries.
We reserve the right to update these conditions of use at any time. We therefore recommend that you consult them regularly.
The latest version will always be available on the site.
Any updates take effect from its publication and applies to your use of the site from that date.
